After being in Mexico for several days, I came back to Texas & realized reality stinks. I fell in love with Rivera Maya, Mexico & all it had to offer. From the gorgeous beaches & white sand, to the overly friendly staff… it was such a fun family vacation! I am obsessed with how perfect this coverup was for the beach, & it was only $15 from TJ Maxx [shocker I know lol].

I may or may not have climbed on the roof for this picture, but hay gotta risk it to get the biscuit [or just the perfect background for the picture]. I wore this hot pink, fitted dress to our Brazilian dinner & I received SO many compliments on it! And to top it off it was less that $20 [yes, from TJ Maxx as well]. This dress goes to show that you can pay little but still look & feel fabulous… which is why I usually refuse to pay a lot for different pieces of my wardrobe. I typically will only wear something a couple times [unless I LOVE it], so I do not see a need for paying a fortune for certain things.

Now I bought this two piece outfit from Target, without trying it on… so I was unsure if I would like it or not. However, after wearing it with some Steve Madden heels, I fell in love!! You do not need a lot of jewelry for this outfit, because of the pom-pom detail… so it is perfect for a simple night out.

This was another one of my favorite coverups [partly because it’s a romper, & rompers are my favorite things to wear]. It has a design of surf boards on the bottom, so when I saw it at Nordstrom Rack… I knew I HAD to have it. You’re probably thinking I got this for a steal as well… & yes you may be right. 😉 I hope these different pieces of outfits I found make you realize you can find cute things bargain shopping & do not need to spend buck-loads of money! I found my whole wardrobe for this vacation for so cheap, if you can’t tell. You do not have to pay a lot to look like a rockstar, remember that the next time you are going to pay $30 plus on a coverup you may wear five times.

Overall, I am so happy & blessed that I finally got to experience Mexico for several days. And you could say I am counting down to next summer [hint hint mom, we have to go back lol]!
