So let me start this post off by saying how windy it was when I shot this outfit. HOLY COW. It looks like I have a fro, but I am just going to have to embrace it [insert sassy emoji girl here lol]. Let me just say, I wish Texas had a cooler weather transition into summer, instead of going directly to hot, because one of my favorite type of outfits is pairing shorts & a long sleeve together. AKA why I am California dreaming in this particular outfit. I love the feeling of being warm on top, but still having that summer feel on bottom.

This particular light weight sweater is from Pandora’s Box Boutique. I have been following her store forever now & am so thankful for this collaboration of finally getting to work with her. One of my favorite colors to wear is a tan or beige like this, especially with a good tan going on [which I am lacking in these photos]. This sweater is cozy & is perfect for spring & summer. It also comes in several colors & is very reasonably priced, so pick whichever suits your style best!  Anyways, pairing this top with some printed shorts gives the outfit that preppy feel we all long for sometimes. And of course I added my favorite lace up flats that I have been wearing nonstop. Seriously, I prefer these over sandals right now.
