Hi friend! Happy Monday!! I hope you had a great, relaxing weekend. I am so excited, because October is finally here. Bring on the pumpkin candles, PSLs, boots & scarfs! October is my favorite month of the entire year, mainly because of the clothes if I am being honest 😉 However, October brings so many fun, festive things to do with friends & family. I partnered with the Dallas Arboretum on this post to give you an insight of how gorgeous it is & what fun it is for the whole family.
As you can see in the pictures, the scenery is beyond beautiful. You walk in & are automatically greeted with pumpkins. Throughout the entire park there are different displays for everyone to enjoy. As you can see, one of the displays features a HUGE pumpkin patch. This is great for the kids [or non kids ;)], as you can explore through the hay maze & take precious pictures of your little munchkins!
As you continue to walk through the Dallas Arboretum, you will come across several restaurants where you can sit outside & enjoy the scenery & crisp fall air. I mean honestly, can you think of anything better? I know I can’t! Austin & I had a ton of fun last week at the Arboretum & enjoyed getting to explore, as we had never been! The park does cost to get in, but let me tell ya it is definitely worth it! I would recommend going on the weekend where you can enjoy the sunshine & pumpkins all around!
For my attire, I simply went with my favorite fall/winter look! A cardigan, skinnies & a little tank underneath! Seriously, always my go-to. I found this cardigan at Nordstrom Rack for under $35 [regularly $60]! They have it in several colors, so I am thinking I need to stock up ASAP, & you should too! Your closet will thank me later 😉
