Well it is August 21st & I am over here acting like it’s the middle of October! I am beyond ready for everything fall brings. Including boots, chunky sweaters & pumpkin flavored everything 🙂 Come August, I always start mixing in some fall pieces to my everyday outfit. Whether that be more closed toe shoes, booties with a dress or a fabulous long sleeve top!

I ran into Nordstrom Rack the other day to just browse & of course I walked out with a couple things I did not need. This top being one of them! I am a sucker for anything bell sleeve, so when I spotted this gem I knew that it was not a necessity, but that I had to have it 😉 It comes in three colors & is under $40! I love it styled casually with jeans & my favorite leopard mules. Or it would be super cuter tucked into a pencil skirt with some heels for work! The options are seriously endless. I always find myself wearing pieces like this top on repeat, so the $37 was worth the investment.

I also want to touch on one of this falls hottest trends…. mules! I have been so drawn to them, because they are comfy, fashion forward & just cute. I found these leopard ones from Red Dress Boutique for only $22, which is a steal. There were a pair of leopard mules on sale at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale & I am SO happy I did not splurge on them, because these are just as cute! I am not one that will spend a lot of items like mules, because honestly the trend will probably not be around for very long. So I would rather splurge on items like boots & coats, where I know I am going to be wearing them for multiple seasons. These particular mules come in several colors & they are all under $25! I am debating getting the gold, but Austin said I would look like a grandma [insert eye rolling emoji here].
