Today is a start to an exciting new chapter, as I begin my new job with iHeartMedia. If you watched my Insta stories on Friday you know exactly what I am talking about! I am consumed with a ton of emotions. Such as, excitement, nervousness, apprehensive, motivation and more! As we kick off this work week, I wanted to share a funny story + a dress that is perfect for Easter Sunday.

My mom took me to Vegas for my 21st birthday [three years ago] & we have been dying to go back. I was wasting time on Google about a month ago & found some very inexpensive hotels & flights for Vegas. I instantly called my mom & told her let’s just book the trip & go! We have nothing to lose, except maybe a little money 😉

After little consideration, we booked the trip for her, my aunt & I to go. We were talking the other day about plans for Easter & turns out we fly out for Vegas Easter Sunday. LOL! We now know why the flights & hotels were extremely cheap. Looks like we will be attending church Saturday night & praising Jesus from our airplane Sunday morning. We are trying to find the humor in it, as it will be a girls trip for the books!

I was in Saks Off Fifth the other day & came across this precious $40 dress! I am loving all stripes this season & had to get my hands on this green cutie when I saw it. It’s perfect for church or even the office, if you have a more laid back dress code. I am wearing an XS & it fits great! I love the floral detail around the neckline & hem. Would be perfect for a more casual wedding, too!
