Hey girl hey! This blog is all about being honest & I am going to be just that today. My mind has been in 1,000 different places lately & I just need to let it all out… hoping it  will make me feel a little better. Haha.

So blogging is something I am SO passionate about. I mean lets be real, it’s like having a ton of long distance BFFs that I have never met. Seriously- you all rock! However, no one ever says how draining it can be. Social media is so consuming & sometimes I just need to sit down the phone & focus on the important things in life. I started this platform as a way to encourage girls to embrace their God given beauty & to always rock their favorite outfit with confidence. However, I feel like I have lost this passion behind my platform lately.

I have been so consumed with worrying about my followers, how many likes I get and other bloggers follower count, that I have lost true sight of why I do this thing called blogging. I have thought about taking a break, but I remind myself that I have worked too hard to give up on something I love. Just sometimes life can be busy & it can be easy to lose my perspective. I personally know right now that I am trying to focus on building my career & saving money. Which let me tell ya, this is SO difficult while having a blog in the background. Saving money is something I think I am good at, but when I constantly feel like I am having to purchase a new outfit to post, the challenge is much more present.

Now, I am not trying to complain or sound negative AT ALL! I just had to get all of this off my chest. If you are a blogger, maybe you feel where I am coming from! And if you don’t, girl please teach me your ways!! LOL. And if you are not a blogger, I appreciate you hearing me rant today. I just want to say thank you so much for your support & for making me love being the voice behind Adore More with Geor. I am going to continue to pursue this passion & hobby, while reminding myself of why I started this to begin with. So if you see a couple repeated outfits (because we all know shopping can add up), please don’t judge 😉
